Recruitment Consultant - digital sector - horsham

We are now looking to hire a new recruitment consultant to help us steadily grow our client base throughout the UK.  We are looking for bright graduates who are keen to build a successful career in the IT/technology/digital recruitment sector, and we will provide thorough training in the IT/technology market, recruitment processes, new business development skills, account management, and other skills that will enhance your ability to become the best.

We are based in modern offices in horsham, west sussex, with free parking on-site.

The recruitment consultant will have the following responsibilities:


  • To introduce and extend our recruitment / talent management services to new clients across the UK
  • To identify, target and win new clients in our core sectors
  • To use a variety of business development techniques and campaigns in order to build a strong portfolio of clients
  • To regularly meet and continually service clients, making sure that they are 100% happy with our service and performance
  • To visit industry trade shows, conferences, and meet-ups in order to network with candidates and clients alike
  • To join various groups and communities on the web, and join in with blogs / conversations in order to become an expert in their field
  • To work in partnership with the recruitment resourcers in order to help them identify the best talent available for clients.
  • To help the recruitment resourcers on occasion by searching our talent database, online job-boards, social networking sites, etc, for available talent
  • To run through the short-list of the best talent for each vacancy that is presented to you by the recruitment resourcers,  from time-to-time interviewing and cross-referencing the candidates in order to maintain the high level of quality before the shortlist is submitted to the client

remuneration & benefits

  • basic salary is up to £20,000 per annum, with a performance-related pay structure that brings an On Target Earnings (OTE) of c£40,000 in the first year per year, increasing beyond that for year 2.
  • after 12 months in continuous employment with the company, all employees will join the profit share scheme, sharing in our success as we grow.
  • flexi-Time – employees can come in early / leave early, or come in later / leave later helping beat the rush-hour commute
  • leave early on a Friday
  • 23 days holiday + 1 day off for birthday

Digital Marketing Internship - Digital Recruitment - Horsham, West Sussex

We are now looking to hire a Digital Marketing Intern to help us create and deliver a digital marketing strategy so that we can attract new candidates and clients across the UK. We are looking for a bright Marketing graduate who is keen to build a successful career in Digital Marketing, and is looking to gain important and relevant commercial marketing experience in a dynamic and fast-moving sector.

The Digital Marketing Intern will have the following responsibilities:

  • to create, optimise and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy in line with the business strategy for Agile Talent Management
  • to research the best ways of targeting prospective candidates and clients
  • to suggest and implement improvements to the company website, and additional new websites that we are looking to create for different sectors
  • to add new web pages, including layout and design and content creation
  • build new landing pages for paid search campaigns
  • to create a strategy for SEO (search engine optimisation), both on-page and off-page for our websites, to include link building, page optimisation, content creation and key words
  • to create and post blogs that are targeted for both candidates and clients alike, and optimise for relevant key words
  • to create a Social Media Marketing plan, to include improvements to Facebook page, Twitter page, LinkedIn Groups and LinkedIn company page, and to include increasing subscriptions and followers
  • create Web Analytics reports on all web pages, using Hubspot and Google Analytics, and to suggest improvements to increase conversions and traffic
  • create a Paid Search / PPC plan, to utilise Google Adwords, Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, etc
  • to improve look and feel of website, user experience, customer journeys
  • to create a PR strategy and implement effective PR campaigns

Digital Marketing Intern - skills required:

  • Marketing related degree
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong social media experience to include Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc
  • Excellent communicator
  • Team player
  • Strong Admin skills (MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Internet Search)
  • Familiarity with Web Analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Hard working & tenacious
  • A natural born organiser!
